Without Professor Bloomfield, our chapter could not have attained the growth that we’ve experienced over the last two years. Professor Bloomfield spent numerous hours working with university administration to ensure that our chapter could send invitations to qualified members. His effort helped our group grow from less than thirty members to over four hundred members.

Professor Bloomfield has always been available to provide advice and to assist all of our officers with their duties. Over this past year, he met with the top officers every other week to help shape the vision of our group and to help address the challenges associated with rapid growth and officer transitions. He also led our chapter’s development of a member’s only website and played a vital role in planning the logistics for our election process.

Our chapter owes much of its progress to the dedication and enthusiasm of Professor Bloomfield. Over the last three years, Professor Bloomfield has represented a stable and constant influence within a rapidly changing organization. He has unfailingly offered his time and his expertise regardless of other demands on his time. He truly represents the ideals of Sigma Alpha Lambda, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to work with him for the past three years.
